How long can a delivery be returned?

A piece without personalisation can be returned within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Use the "Withdraw from contract here" button on the Returns and refunds page, and send the piece back within 14 days of telling us. A piece you personalised is excluded from the right of withdrawal, so this window does not apply to it.

A fault is a different matter and has its own, much longer protection: the 3 year legal guarantee on goods sold in Portugal. If a defect appears, contact us through the Contact page as soon as you notice it. You can also write to our Contact page.
