When will I receive my refund?

We refund within 14 days of the day you told us you are withdrawing. We may wait until we receive the piece back or you send us proof that you posted it, whichever comes first. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, and we email you when it is issued. After that, the time it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
