Shipping costs
The shipping cost depends on the destination zone. It is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay, so there are no surprises.
When your order leaves
Many pieces are made after the order is confirmed.

Tracking
When the order is shipped you receive an email with the tracking details.
Delays and problems
If the parcel is late, arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we will sort it out with you. You can also write to our Contact page.
Shipping outside the European Union
Orders to places outside the EU customs and VAT territory (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, San Marino, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the French overseas territories) may be subject to customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees charged by the carrier or the customs of the destination country. These amounts are not included in the price and are paid by the customer.
