What are your return policies?

Pieces without personalisation can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason: that is your right of withdrawal. You may handle the piece as you would in a shop; please send it back well protected, ideally in its original packaging, but that is a request, not a condition. The return postage is paid by you, and we refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your request.

Pieces made with your name, a logo or a text are different. Under European law (article 16 c of Directive 2011/83/EU, and Decree-Law 24/2014 in Portugal) goods made to the customer's specification are excluded from the right of withdrawal, so a piece you personalised cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. If you bought a piece that can be personalised but left it without personalisation, the 14 days apply as normal.

None of this affects your rights when something is wrong. If the piece arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, we replace it or refund it in full, and we pay the return postage.
