Will you refund the shipping costs if I return something?

If you withdraw from the purchase of a piece without personalisation, we refund the original delivery cost of the standard option together with the price of the piece. The postage to send the piece back is paid by you. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than the standard one, the difference is not refunded.

If the return is our fault - a faulty piece, damage in transit or the wrong item - we refund the original delivery cost and we also pay for the return postage.
