Made to order in Portugal

My payment did not go through. What can I do?

First of all: if the payment failed, nothing was charged and no piece went into production. The usual causes are a card that does not allow online purchases abroad, an expired card, insufficient funds, or a bank confirmation (3-D Secure) that was not completed in time.

Try again with another method, or complete the confirmation your bank asks for. If the screen showed a code starting with PAY-, send it to our Contact page together with your e-mail: that code tells us exactly where it stopped.

If you see a charge on your statement for an order you never received a confirmation for, write to us. A pending authorisation is released by the bank on its own, usually within a few days.
