Where is my order?

As soon as your parcel leaves our workshop we send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number and a link to the carrier. If you have an account, you also find the order and its status under Account, Orders. If the tracking has not moved for several days, write to our Contact page with your order number.
