How long will it take for me to receive my order?

There are two times to add up, and we show them separately so that there are no surprises.

• Production: every personalised piece is made and finished for you after the order is paid. That takes 1-3 business days.
• Shipping: once the parcel leaves our workshop, the carrier takes 1-3 business days (Portugal) or 3-5 business days (other countries), depending on the destination country.

You receive an e-mail when the order is paid and another one when it is shipped, with the tracking number.
