What happens if I am not at home when delivery is attempted?

The carrier leaves a notice and tries again, or takes the parcel to a nearby pickup point. The notice and the tracking page tell you which of the two it was and how long you have to collect the parcel. If the time runs out, the parcel comes back to us: write to our Contact page and we will send it out again.
