Is my order on its way?

You will know from your inbox. We send an e-mail when the payment is confirmed, and a second one the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier, with the tracking number. Until that second e-mail arrives, your piece is still being made. You can also check the status at any time under Account, Orders.
