Can I cancel my order?

For a piece without personalisation, yes: you can cancel at any time until 14 days after receiving it, whether or not we have started making it. Use the "Withdraw from contract here" button on the Returns and refunds page, and we refund everything you paid, including standard delivery.

For a piece you personalised, speed matters, because it goes into the queue as soon as the payment is confirmed. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number as soon as you decide. If the piece has not gone into production yet, we cancel it and refund it in full. If production has already begun, we tell you honestly and look for the best solution with you - a piece made for one person cannot go back on the shelf. You can also write to our Contact page.
