How do I place a personalised order?

Four steps.

• Choose the piece and open its page.
• Fill in the personalisation: the text, the date, or the file to upload. Check the spelling carefully - the piece is made exactly as written.
• Add it to the basket and go to checkout. You can pay as a guest; an account is optional.
• Pay. You receive a confirmation e-mail, the piece goes into production, and a second e-mail is sent when it is shipped, with the tracking number.
